Description:

We are currently seeking 10 qualified and experienced Electricians to join our client's team, working within the Social Housing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical testing, inspecting, and remedial works across tenanted and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical inspection & testing (EICRs) in line with current regulations

Perform remedial works and minor repairs following test findings

Ensure compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395 equivalent) – Testing & Inspection

18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations

Full UK driving licence

Experience working in social housing environments
