Renewable Energy Electrician
Location: Scotland-Wide
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Renewable Energy Electricians to join a specialist installation team with an outstanding award-winning reputation.
The role will involve installing, testing, commissioning and maintaining renewable energy systems across domestic, commercial and social housing projects throughout Scotland.
Main Duties:
• Install Solar PV and battery storage systems
• Install domestic and commercial EV charging points
• Complete electrical works for Air Source Heat Pump installations
• Carry out testing, inspection, certification and fault finding
• Complete consumer unit upgrades and electrical modifications
• Record installation details, photographs and test results using a company tablet
• Ensure all work meets current electrical, safety and industry standards
• Liaise professionally with customers, site teams and project managers
Essential Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Inspection and Testing qualification, such as City & Guilds 2391
• Solar PV installation qualification
• Electrical Energy Storage Systems qualification
• EV Charging qualification
• ECS or JIB Gold Card
• Minimum three years’ electrical installation experience
• Full UK driving licence
Previous experience with Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging or renewable energy projects is preferred.
