Pay Rates

Day Shift: £17.95 per hour
Night Shift: £23.93 per hour
Overtime (First 10 hours): £26.93 per hour
Overtime (After 10 hours): £35.90 per hourShift Patterns

Day Monday: 07:00 - 17:15

o Tuesday to Thursday: 07:00 - 16:45

Night Monday: 21:00 - 07:15

o Tuesday to Thursday: 21:00 - 06:45

(Note: Shift times may vary slightly depending on work location within the facility)

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret complex schematic drawings to plan assembly methods and sequences.
Perform diverse electrical tasks, including wiring, installation, terminations, connecting panels, crimping, and upfitting cable trays/ladder racks and conduits on gensets and enclosures.
Safely operate a wide variety of power and hand tools.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
Strict compliance with site health, safety, quality standards, and the 5S programme.
Train and mentor other team members when required.
Maintain professional conduct aligned with company core values and support business improvement initiatives.Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications: Formal Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or an equivalent relevant electrical qualification.
Hands-on Experience: Proven track record in electrical wiring, installation, terminations, panel connection, and conduit/cable tray fitting.
Environment: Experience working within a lean manufacturing environment and to defined process times is preferred.
Capabilities: Comfort working at heights and in enclosed/confined work areas.
Mindset: Strong attention to detail, a keen commitment to safety, and a proactive attitude.
