Job Description

Shuel Labour Solutions Ltd, sister company to Shuel Construction Ltd, is currently recruiting experienced Electricians to work on social housing contracts across the UK.

You will be working on occupied and void properties for local authorities and housing associations, carrying out a range of electrical works to a high standard in line with current regulations.

Duties will include:

* First and second fix electrical installation

* Consumer unit replacements

* Socket, switch and lighting installations

* Fault finding and remedial works

* Testing, inspection and certification (EICRs)

* Working within occupied social housing properties — good tenant communication is essential

Requirements:

* City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (Testing & Inspection)

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* CSCS card (essential)

* AM2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

* Public Liability Insurance (minimum £1 million)

* Own tools and transport preferred

* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
