Responsibilities
* Carry out scheduled and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites
* Work on lighting, power distribution, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
* Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently
* Maintain accurate records using a computerised maintenance management system
* Work closely with clients to ensure tasks are completed effectively
* Maintain full compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
* 18th Edition qualification
* Recognised apprenticeship / SVQ or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* Full UK driving licence
* Previous Facilities Management or Building Services experience
* Commercial electrical experience
