Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a stable, long-term role with a varied workload, genuine career progression and the opportunity to work on high-profile maintenance and refurbishment contracts?
We're seeking a skilled Electrician to join a growing team delivering essential repairs, planned works and electrical installations across domestic and occupied properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mixture of fault finding, testing, maintenance and installation work, with no two days being the same.
What You'll Be Doing
* Electrical repairs, servicing and maintenance in occupied and void properties
* Consumer unit upgrades and replacements
* Full and partial rewires
* EICRs, testing and inspection works
* Fault finding and diagnostic repairs
* Installation of smoke alarms, extractor fans and ventilation systems
* Cooker, shower and dedicated power circuit installations
* Electrical heating systems including panel and storage heaters
* Remedial works to ensure compliance with current regulations
* Delivering a first-class service to residents and clients
What We're Looking For
✔ NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
✔ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
✔ Experience within social housing, planned works, maintenance or responsive repairs
✔ Strong fault-finding and testing experience
✔ Knowledge of safe isolation and electrical compliance
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
Highly Desirable
* 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Testing & Inspection
* Social housing or MOD contract experience
* Knowledge of retrofit and decarbonisation projects
