Electrician – Social Housing Repairs
Location: Epping Forest
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card
Permanent Position

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a successful repairs and maintenance contractor working on a long-term social housing contract in the Epping Forest area.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary, company van, fuel card and an excellent benefits package.

The Role:

* Carrying out electrical repairs, testing and remedial works within domestic properties

* Completing EICRs, fault finding and general electrical maintenance

* Working across occupied social housing properties

* Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

* Providing a professional service to residents and clients

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent)

* Previous experience working within social housing / domestic maintenance

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
