We are currently looking for an Electrician to join our team in the Newham area.
The Role:
Conduct electrical repairs and maitnenance.
Carry out multi-trade duties as instructed by a supervisor.
Identify and rectify electrical faults and issues in various settings.
Perform a range of multitrade tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
Provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of work completed.The Candidate:
Valid electrical testing qualifications and certifications.
Social Housing experience.
Proven experience in electrical testing and maintenance.
Multitrade skills and experience in plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenance are a plus.
Knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
