Self-Employed Electrician – Leeds

Example Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

We are looking for self-employed electricians to work on a long-term social housing contract in Leeds.

Contract Details

* Location: Leeds

* Contract: Leeds City Council

* Work Type: Approximately 5 jobs per day, including boiler wire-ups, heating control wire-ups and electrical repairs

* Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week

* Contract Length: Ongoing

* Payment: Weekly, one week in arrears

Rates

* Full Install – Boiler wire, new time clock and room stat, all hardwired: £97.37

* Boiler Wire: £71.36

* Boiler Wire + Additional Pumps, Valves & Wiring Centre: £76.96

* Controls Upgrade / Rewire Controls: £52.50

* Faults / Earth Bonding / Service Calls / Fire Point: £36.75

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years' experience working as an electrician

* 18th Edition qualification

* Own panel van with bulkhead (plain or sign-written)

* Clean DBS check – to be completed during onboarding

* No more than 6 points on driving licence

* Relevant hand tools
