We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our growing, nationwide Operations Team where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career in the critical power industry.

What is the Role?

Metartec’s Head Office is based in West London and we are looking to expand our London Operational Team so this opportunity would ideally suit someone based in the surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for the installation of electrical systems and critical power supply systems and testing of electrical equipment and systems across a wide range of client sites.

Key responsibilities include:

* Based from home but would be expected to travel throughout the UK.

* Install electrical and critical power supply systems in accordance with current regulations

* Testing of electrical equipment and systems in accordance with current regulations

* Carry out electrical reactive maintenance repairs, fault finding, project work and battery installations.

* Provide electrical and technical support to colleagues

* Participate in out of hours call out rota

About you

We are looking for someone who is technically capable, proactive, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and wants to develop within the critical power industry. It is essential that you possess:

1. ECS Gold Card, be 18th edition qualified and hold the relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

2. Full clean driving licence and be willing to travel nationwide as required
