R9 are currently seeking experienced Electricians to join our clients team in Salford on a temporary basis. You will play a key role in supporting a busy damp and disrepair workstream, with a strong focus on reactive and planned electrical works within social housing.
Due to a surge in electrical requirements, this is a great opportunity to contribute to essential housing improvements and tenant safety.
Potential weekly earnings: £(Apply online only)
VAN AND FUEL CARD PROVIDED.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical works associated with damp and disrepair projects
* Fan overhauls, renewals, and installations
* Fault finding, repair, and maintenance tasks
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations
* Work safely and efficiently within occupied properties
Requirements
* ECS Gold Card (Installation/Maintenance Level)
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* AM2 Certification
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Basic DBS (or willingness to obtain)
