Description:
EH20 Group are are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Technician to work across Hull and East Yorkshire to perform the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fire alarm systems across the Cornerstone Estate.
The position is a mobile role with the requirement to travel to client sites therefore, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
Main Duties:
Undertake the installation of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
Undertake the maintenance of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
Identify any risks and report to client
Work on the improvement and implementation of PPM program
Liaise with Client on-site teams regarding on building service related issues
Completion of required documentation as specified
Attend Site Meetings and Training when required
Follow Health and Safety guidelines and report accordingly
Co-operate with other Mitie disciplines for the provision of multi- discipline services where required
What We Are Looking For:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
City & Guilds 2356 Part 1 & 2,
City & Guilds 2357
BS 7671 Electrical Regulations 18th Edition.
City & Guilds 2391-52 Electrical inspection and Testing is desirable
Ability to work remotely and independently
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
