Description:
Multi Trades Recruitment are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Electrician to join our facilities team in Leeds. This role is essential to ensuring the hospital operates smoothly and safely, providing both planned and reactive maintenance services.
* Monday - Friday
* 8:00am - 17:00pm
* Weekly Pay
* Temp - Perm
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform electrical maintenance and repair tasks across the hospital building.
* Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance.
* Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and perform fault finding to resolve issues efficiently.
* Undertake basic plumbing tasks as required.
* Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient maintenance service.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in a commercial or healthcare environment.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
* Basic plumbing skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
