Electrician (ECS Gold Card) - Oxford
Location: Oxford
Rate: £28 per hour
Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm (9 hours paid)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term project through to 2027, with further opportunities across multiple local sites
Payment: UMBRELLA / CIS (No Ltd Company)
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrician with a valid ECS Gold Card to join long-term projects in Oxford, working on temporary electrical and power infrastructure across major construction sites.
The role involves installation, maintenance and fault finding on a range of temporary power and site services, including:
Temporary power distribution systems
Transformers
Generators
Battery storage units
Site lighting
Temporary cabins and welfare units
Requirements
ECS Gold Card
IPAF licence
Previous experience working on temporary electrical installations preferred
Strong knowledge of health and safety on construction sites
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
