Description:

A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a Housing Association based in Havant on a permanent basis paying a salary of up to £42,400 per annum with a van and fuel card supplied. This role would be covering Havant & surrounding areas.

The Electricians main duties will include:

Delivering works such as rewires, remedial works, installation of smoke detectors, test and inspections and day to day responsive repairs maintenance to occupied and void properties.

Working hours:

39 Hours per week Mon - Fri

You will be required to:
* Complete a range of electrical repairs and maintenance:
(EICRs, power & lighting repairs + upgrades)
* Have experience working within social housing properties
* Have own hand and power tools
* Be customer focused
* Be a team player

Qualifications:
* City & Guilds and or/ equivalent e.g NVQ Level 3
* 18th Edition
* Testing and Inspection 2391 / 2395
* Full clean driving licence

You will be supplied with:
* A company van + fuel card
* Tester
* PPE
