Qualification: 2391 Testing & Inspection
We are looking for an experienced Subcontract Electrician to join a busy maintenance team carrying out electrical works associated with damp and mould remediation across South East and South West London.
The Role
* Carry out electrical works within occupied and void social housing properties.
* Install and replace extractor fans and ventilation systems.
* Complete electrical remedial works identified during damp and mould inspections.
* Carry out fault finding, repairs and minor electrical upgrades.
* Complete testing and inspection following electrical works.
* Undertake general maintenance and electrical works within void properties.
* Complete required certification, job sheets and reports.
* Work professionally within residents' homes, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
* Liaise with residents, contractors and management to ensure works are completed efficiently.
Requirements
* Fully qualified Electrician.
* 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification – essential.
* Experience with damp and mould works, extractor fans and remedials preferred.
* Social housing maintenance experience advantageous.
* Own van required.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Able to work independently and manage a daily workload.
* Good knowledge of current electrical regulations and safe working practices.
