The Opportunity
We are recruiting Electricians to join our client's award-winning manufacturing team in Poole. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the construction of world-renowned luxury yachts.
Candidates with experience in electrical installation, manufacturing, construction, marine engineering, or a recognised electrical qualification are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
As an Electrician, your duties will include:
Installing trunking and conduit systems
Wiring AC and DC electrical systems and appliances
Manufacturing and installing wiring looms to build specifications
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
Supporting the delivery of bespoke customer requirements across a premium product range
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety
Working Hours
Day Shift
Monday to Friday
07:00 - 15:30
Night Shift
Monday to Thursday
18:00 - 04:00
Weekend overtime opportunities available
Your Pay
£15.50 - £16.53 per hour PAYE + 30 days holidayOR
£17.52 - £18.69 per hour (Advanced Holiday Pay)
Overtime
Paid at 1.5x standard hourly rate
