Are you an experienced electrician looking for a contract role in the water treatment sector? Look no further! We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled electrician to join our team and contribute to critical water infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance on electrical systems within the water treatment plant.
Installation and Troubleshooting: Install, test, and troubleshoot electrical equipment, control panels, and instrumentation.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while working with electrical systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to optimize plant performance.
Emergency Response: Be part of the emergency response team for electrical incidents.Qualifications:
Certified Electrician: Hold relevant electrical certifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
Experience: Proven experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Water Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with water treatment processes and plant operations.
Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
