Electrician – Social Housing
Location: Swadlincote
Pay Rate: £25.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Nuco Solutions are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our client's team, carrying out domestic electrical works within the social housing sector.
Role and Responsibilites
* Carrying out domestic electrical installation, maintenance, repairs, and testing.
* Completing work in occupied and void social housing properties.
* Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently.
* Ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and high safety standards.
* Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
Requirements
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* 2391 Inspection & Testing
* JIB Gold Card
* Clean DBS
* Full UK Driving Licence
