Electrician
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to work on social housing maintenance across North Somerset & Bristol
The salary is £41,400 per annum plus Van Fuel Card.
This is a permanent position on the books with a busy housing association and will be 40 hours per week.
Electrician Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, rewiring, and installation works
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults safely and efficiently
EICRs
Install and maintain energy-saving and carbon-reducing technologies
Ensure all works comply with current electrical and H&S regulations
Complete all documentation and reports accurately
Deliver excellent customer service
Work independently across a designated geographical area
Electrician Requirements
Level 3 Electrical Qualification
AM2 Certificate
18th Edition
2391 optional
Good electrical experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good IT skills
Full UK clean driving licence.
