Spirehouse are currently recruiting for an Electrician for a temporary contract with a large Housing Association in Nottingham
The Opportunity
Responsive repairs in social housing
The successful candidate will:
* Responsive electrical repairs including out of hours services
* Design, install, maintain, testing and repair work in social housing
* Provide excellent customer service in occupied properties
* Work alongside other Trades Operatives
* Complete computerised records for testing electrical installations
Further information:
* 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
* On call and emergency call outs
* 6 months+
* Day shift: £25.00 per hour via umbrella
* Night shift: £37.51 per hour via umbrella
Requirements:
* Full UK drivers licence
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Initial Verification and Certification of Installations
