This is a hands-on role focused on electrical remedial works, inspection and testing, fault-finding and repairs across occupied and vacant properties. Undertake electrical inspection and testing, identifying faults and completing necessary remedial works.

Complete partial or other rewiring works in vacant properties as required.

Respond to routine and emergency electrical maintenance requirements.

Produce accurate electrical certificates and job records.

Work independently across allocated properties while maintaining professional standards and safe working practices.

Participate in a 1-in-4 out-of-hours call-out rota.

You'll also need practical experience of electrical inspection, testing and remedial work, along with a full driving licence.
Experience working in social housing, responsive repairs or occupied residential properties would be advantageous.
Candidates must be willing to undertake Category B asbestos training or provide existing certification.

### Working Hours & Travel

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am–4:30pm, with a 30-minute break
Friday: 8:30am–4:00pm, with a 30-minute break
