Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, focusing on electrical systems.
* Diagnose and repair faults on PLCs, conveyors, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and ensure maximum efficiency.
* Implement and oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
* Collaborate with the production team to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
* Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to resolve production interruptions promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Work with external contractors as necessary, overseeing their work to ensure it meets company standards.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
* Ensure spare parts inventory is adequately stocked and managed.
