Electrical Tester – EICRs (Residential Properties)
Location: Various Sites
Rate: £250 – £300 per day
Type: Contract / Ongoing Work
We are currently looking for experienced Electrical Testers to carry out EICRs on residential properties for ongoing works across multiple sites. This is a great opportunity for reliable electricians looking for consistent work and excellent day rates.
Duties:
Carrying out EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) on residential properties
Testing and inspection of electrical installations
Identifying faults and reporting remedial works where required
Completing certification and reports accurately
Working independently and professionally on occupied and void properties
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
2391 or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification
ECS/JIB Gold Card preferred
Previous experience carrying out residential EICRs
Strong knowledge of current wiring regulations
Own tools and transport preferred
