Electronic Technician Specialist Automotive EngineeringAre you an experienced Electronic Technician with a passion for automotive electrical systems and fault finding?
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Electronic Technician to join a specialist engineering business that restores, refurbishes and remanufactures components for some of the world's most prestigious luxury and classic vehicles.
As an Electronic Technician, you'll work on a wide range of specialist electrical components, from alternators and lighting systems to electric window mechanisms and vehicle wiring assemblies. This is far more than a standard workshop role, offering the chance to develop highly specialised skills within a growing employee-owned business.

The RoleAs an Electronic Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing and refurbishing electrical components, and supporting restoration projects to the highest standards.
Working alongside a highly skilled technical team, you'll help bring specialist automotive components back to life through expert diagnosis, repair and testing.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults on automotive components
Recondition alternators and related electrical assemblies
Repair and refurbish vehicle lighting systems
Work on electric windows, motors and associated control systems
Test, inspect and refurbish electrical components
Support specialist restoration and remanufacturing projects
Interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
Ensure all work meets strict quality and performance standards
Accurately complete workshop documentation and recordsWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience as an Electronic Technician, Auto Electrician or Automotive Electrical Technician
Strong automotive electrical fault-finding skills
Good understanding of vehicle wiring systems
Experience repairing, rebuilding or refurbishing electrical components
Ability to diagnose faults and identify effective solutions
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive and methodical approach to work
