Salary: £90k - £125k + benefits + £185k worth of stock.
We are looking for a Electrical Team Lead for a highly technical engineering business delivering complex, safety-critical systems.
You will be leading the Electrical Team while remaining technically hands-on — owning system architectures, reviewing designs, and ensuring compliance across projects.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers.
* Own electrical system architecture and technical delivery.
* Oversee control panel and system-level design.
* Ensure compliance with functional safety standards.
* Support safety reviews.
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified Electrical Design Engineer.
* Strong background in industrial control systems.
* Experience with PLCs.
* Knowledge of functional safety.
* Comfortable fault-finding and working hands-on when required.
* Prior team leadership experience
