Electrical Supervisor - Heathrow Airport - Night Shift
Location: Heathrow Airport

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team working permanent night shifts at Heathrow Airport.
Our client is a major M&E contractor with a 50-year history and an annual turnover of approximately £500 million. They have an excellent reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects and are known for their strong staff retention, employee development, and internal training programmes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking for a long-term position working within one of the UK's most complex and high-profile environments.
The Role
As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of electrical works during the night shift, coordinating site teams and subcontractors while ensuring all works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works during night shifts
Review designs and drawings to identify scope gaps and potential clashes
Manage short-term programmes and ensure works remain on schedule
Ensure full Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS
Prepare and manage technical documentation
Issue and manage RFIs
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
Monitor quality and progress of electrical installations
Oversee testing and commissioning activities
Liaise with client teams, main contractors, subcontractors, and professional teams
Attend and conduct progress meetings where required
Provide clear handovers and progress updates to the wider project team
Ideal Candidate
Progressed from an electrical tools background with strong technical knowledge of electrical building services
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the commercial or building services sector
Experience working on complex, high-value projects
Proven ability to manage electrical packages valued at £2 million or more
Minimum of 5 years' experience within a supervisory or management role
Comfortable working permanent night shifts
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous airport experience would be advantageous but is not essential
