Electrical Supervisor Electrician

working in a food factory managing and install across multiple projects.
Duties
- Manage and oversee the maintenance of all equipment and machinery in the facility
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including mechanical and electrical
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Supervise and work alongside a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance needs and minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and control logic controllers (PLCs) ideal but not required
- Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Prior experience in a maintenance role or similar field is preferred

Hours - basic between 8- and 10 per day - overtime available
weekend work required.
