Introduction:
Our client, a leading company in the Rail sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an important project in the industry - Birmingham New Street.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supervise and manage electrical works on-site.
Conduct EICR testing and inspections.
Review technical information and reports, providing insightful analysis and recommendations based on findings.
Lead and coordinate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
Maintain communication with project stakeholders, reporting progress, addressing concerns, and resolving issues as they arise.
Uphold compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
Job Requirements
ECS / JIB Gold Card
Sentinel PTS
Strong knowledge and proficiency in EICR testing, CMS, earthing and bonding, and other electrical systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage workload, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to analyze technical information, write comprehensive reports, and make informed recommendations.
Flexibility to work day and night shifts as required by project demands.
