Electrical Supervisor

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on an exciting office fit-out project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong electrical background and proven supervisory experience to oversee electrical installation works from start to completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Electrical Supervisor – Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives and subcontractors on site.

* Ensure all electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

* Monitor progress against the project programme and report to the Site Manager/Project Manager.

* Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations, health & safety legislation, and company procedures.

* Carry out quality inspections and ensure all work meets project specifications.

* Coordinate with other trades to maintain project workflow.

* Order materials and manage site resources effectively.

* Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.

* Assist with testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.

* Promote a positive health & safety culture and ensure all operatives follow site procedures.

Electrical Supervisor – Requirements

* Previous experience supervising electrical works on commercial or office fit-out projects.

* Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

* Gold ECS Card.

* SSSTS qualification.

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.

* Strong understanding of current health & safety regulations.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
