Electrical Supervisor Opportunity – Leading M&E Contractor – Life Sciences
We are working with a highly respected M&E contractor that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex commercial, healthcare and life sciences projects across the UK. Following the award of several major schemes, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Supervisor to strengthen their site delivery team on this landmark development.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of the electrical installation, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising electrical trades teams and specialist subcontractors on site.
* Coordinating daily activities to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
* Monitoring quality standards and ensuring works comply with project specifications.
* Promoting and maintaining high standards of health & safety across site.
* Carrying out site inspections and supporting QA/QC processes.
* Liaising with the Project Manager, site management team and other trades.
* Managing labour resources and resolving technical and site-related issues.
* Assisting with testing, commissioning and project handover.
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor delivering large-scale M&E projects.
* Experience on commercial, healthcare or life sciences developments is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of electrical building services installations.
* Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* SMSTS or SSSTS, ECS/CSCS card and relevant electrical qualifications preferred.
