Nuco Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor on behalf of a leading social housing contractor operating across London and the South East. This is a permanent role offering a mix of field-based and office-based responsibilities, overseeing electrical operations, supporting engineers in the field, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

* As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Electricians across planned and reactive maintenance contracts within the social housing sector.

Key duties include:

* Supervising and supporting a team of Electricians

* Carrying out site visits and quality inspections

* Specifying and pricing electrical works

* Reviewing and checking electrical certification

* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures

* Conducting health and safety inspections and audits

* Providing technical support and guidance to Electricians

* Monitoring performance and productivity across the contract

* Liaising with clients, tenants, and internal teams

* Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* AM2 Qualification

* ECS Gold Card

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Previous supervisory experience within social housing

* Strong knowledge of electrical testing, inspection, and compliance requirements

Desirable

* 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* Experience managing direct labour teams
