Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor on behalf of an organisation on a permanent basis.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Electrical Supervisor:
Reviewing and authorising certification documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Maintaining accurate records of document reviews, compliance checks, and site audit findings.
Providing technical guidance and support to team members, resolving queries and operational issues as they arise.
Monitoring team performance and productivity, producing reports to support the effective delivery of electrical testing programmes.
Coordinating and delivering toolbox talks, health and safety briefings, and employee welfare reviews.
Liaising closely with administrative teams to ensure works are scheduled, tracked, and completed in accordance with programme requirements.Essential Requirements of the Electrical Supervisor:
2391 and 18th Edition.
