Livingston Building Services, a leading provider of M&E Services, is currently seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team in Livingston. As an Electrical Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in our well-established team, serving clients across the UK. We expect you to excel both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proactive safety practices, effective communication skills, and adherence to regulations and standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing electrical installations, conducting specialized testing, and ensuring project completion to meet client requirements.

The Electrical Site Supervisor is responsible for various key activities related to site setup, including supervising labor resources and materials. They ensure compliance with drawings and full project specifications, managing project progress against the program and preparing progress reports for client/team meetings. Additionally, they conduct effective progress meetings with the site team and attend meetings as necessary. Quality control is a crucial aspect of the role, aiming for a snag-free handover and minimal time to close out defects by implementing Livingston's 9001 QA/QC processes. The supervisor actively participates in regular quality inspections in line with Livingston compliance requirements. They also monitor subcontractor performance regularly, taking necessary action if safety standards are disregarded or performance falls below the required level. Furthermore, they demonstrate knowledge of specific trade installations.

Key Requirements:

* Valid driving license

* CSCS/Skills card

* City and Guilds Electrical Qualification

* IT Literate

Desirable Skills:

* SMSTS
