Electrical Construction Manager
12 Week Contract
Tilbury, Essex
You must have access to a vehicle to travel to this project.
1st Step Solutions are currently recruiting an Electrical Construction Manager to join a commercial office fit out project in Essex. Ideally you will have a background of delivering on high-end projects valued up to £5mil.
* To liaise lead the electrical installation.
* Deal with electrical co-ordination issues.
* Co-ordinate changes in drawings between design team and site team.
* Refer queries to electrical engineer when they cannot be dealt with.
* Attend client meetings as required.
* Lead commissioning and witnessing to the clients team electrically.
Technical Skills:
* Relevant trade qualifications.
* Supervisor/Management experience.
* SMSTS/SSSTS.
* Current, valid CSCS card, ideally supervisor.
* A working knowledge of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel and Outlook
