Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Continental Days & Nights (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Electrical Shift Engineer to join a well-established engineering team, working within a high-profile commercial building.

Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all electrical building services.
*
Diagnose and fault-find electrical systems and equipment.
*
Ensure all plant and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
*
Respond to electrical breakdowns and technical issues.
*
Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations.
*
Complete maintenance records, logbooks and relevant documentation.
*
Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team to ensure smooth day-to-day building operations.
The Ideal Candidate
*
Qualified Electrical Engineer (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
*
Previous experience within commercial building services maintenance.
*
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*
Good knowledge of building services and electrical systems.
*
Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
*
A proactive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
