Workshop Electrician

Location: West Dunbartonshire
Type: Permanent

A well-established Manufacturer is recruiting a Workshop Electrician to join their depot team in West Dunbartonshire.

This is a hands-on role working on control panels and associated equipment in a workshop environment. You will be fault finding, repairing, rewiring and commissioning equipment before it goes back out to site.

The Role

Diagnose and repair products

Carry out load testing and commissioning

Strip down and rewire control panels

Work on HV transformers and 3-phase 415V systems

Troubleshoot AC/DC control systems

Complete job documentation accurately

What We're Looking For

Time-served electrician (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Strong industrial electrical background

Confident fault finding on 3-phase systems

Experience reading and working from wiring diagrams

Control panel experience

Full UK driving licence

This role suits a practical, industrial electrician who is comfortable around heavy plant and power equipment.
