Electrical Service Technician
Location: Derby
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000
Hours : Mon - Friday - Days
About the role : You will maintain a large fleet and support customers with repair, service, and calibration of electrical handheld safety equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct safety checks, testing, maintenance, and calibration of electrical equipment.
* Maintain workshop and equipment availability.
* Manage workloads and prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Provide telephone support to customers.
* Handle purchase orders, distribution, and customer quotes.
* Communicate with customers via email and phone.
* Attend training courses as needed.
* Liaise with national teams for support.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* High level of IT literacy.
* Drive and motivation to learn.
* Good communication skills.
* Some electrical experience.
* A full UK driving license is preferred.
