Electrical Qualifying Supervisor

Day-to-Day Duties
Lead and manage small projects, survey, and supervise a team of electricians.
Signing off EICR certificates
Manage daily operations to ensure works are completed successfully within the required timeframe, specifications, and client needs.
Document work using the company's software and report to your manager.
Plan, manage, and oversee all works, including variations or delays, and notify clients as necessary.
Coordinate with management to ensure adequate labor and sub-contractor resources are available on site.
Oversee materials and deliveries to ensure alignment with the program and project specifications.
Motivate and manage site staff, supervisors, field engineers, and subcontractors to meet targets.
Ensure workmanship and material standards comply with specifications, building regulations, health and safety legislation, and company policy.
Act as the primary contact between the Contracts Manager and site personnel.
Oversee RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), toolbox talks, and documentation.
Verify all inspection and testing results promptly to avoid delays, maintaining due care during verification.
Stay updated with industry regulations.
Act as the QS for the company's electrical division and participate in NICEIC annual assessments.
Demonstrate sound judgment, problem-solving, decision-making, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results for clients and colleagues.Minimum Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)
City & Guilds 18th Edition certification.
NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation.
Inspection and Testing 2391 or equivalent certification.
Skilled in fault finding, testing, and inspecting the work of others.
Supervisory experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology usage.
Experience working on social housing contracts or similar environments.
Valid driver's license.
Possess necessary tools.Package Available
Competitive salary: £55,000.00 - £58,000.00 per annum (3-month initial review).
