Electrical Project Manager
Location: Manchester and surrounding areas

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical projects across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically strong professional with experience managing electrical installations from initial planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial electrical projects from inception through to completion.

Plan and coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and project resources.
*
Oversee electrical installations, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
*
Monitor project programmes, budgets, costs and profitability.
*
Manage procurement, subcontractor appointments and supplier relationships.
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors and site teams.
*
Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
*
Ensure health and safety procedures and quality standards are maintained.
*
Review technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
*
Manage variations, valuations and commercial changes.
*
Oversee testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out.
*
Identify and resolve technical or programme issues throughout delivery.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the commercial sector.
*
Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations and building services.
*
Experience managing project budgets, programmes and subcontractors.
*
Good understanding of relevant electrical regulations and health and safety requirements.
*
Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
*
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
*
Relevant electrical qualifications or industry experience.
*
Full UK driving licence preferred.
