Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team and take the lead on commercial electrical projects across London.This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for long-term, consistent work on a major commercial project, with the opportunity to build a lasting working relationship and progress within an established team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing electrical installations from project delivery through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day electrical project operations on site.
* Overseeing electrical installation teams and subcontractors.
* Coordinating labour, materials, plant and programme requirements.
* Managing project budgets, costs and resources.
* Ensuring all works are completed in line with drawings and specifications.
* Maintaining high standards of health and safety.
* Liaising with clients, consultants, main contractors and other trades.
* Monitoring project progress and ensuring key deadlines are achieved.
* Managing quality control, inspections, testing and commissioning.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in an Electrical Project Management role.
*
Strong background in commercial electrical installations and large-scale projects.
*
Proven experience managing electrical teams, subcontractors and site operations.
*
Good understanding of electrical drawings, specifications and project programmes.
*
Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements.
*
Experience managing project budgets, procurement, labour and materials.
*
Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and other trades.
*
SMSTS or equivalent site management qualification.
*
Relevant electrical qualifications .
*
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
*
Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver projects to a high standard.
*
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
