Electrical Project Manager
Permanent | Office‑based with site travel
We’re recruiting an Electrical Project Manager to deliver domestic, commercial, and industrial projects from tender through to completion. You’ll manage a mix of new‑build, refurbishment, and small works schemes, ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple electrical projects from estimating to final account
* Carry out surveys, quotes, tenders, and technical submissions
* Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
* Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
* Oversee procurement, logistics, and programme milestones
* Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all sites
* Build strong client relationships
* Produce reports, RFIs, and handover documentation
Requirements
* Experienced Electrical Project Manager
* Qualified electrician with strong technical knowledge
* Confident running projects independently
* Strong budgeting, scheduling, and planning skills
* Excellent communication and leadership
* Full UK driving licence
* ECS Gold/Black Card
* Strong understanding of electrical installations
* City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation 18th Edition (BS 7671) or above.
Desirable
* NICEIC QS experience
* C&G 2391
* Estimating experience
