Electrical Project Manager

Description:

I am looking to hire a Electrical Project Manager to manage electrical projects from inception through to completion. The Electrical Project Manager will coordinate resources, manage client relationships, oversee subcontractors, and ensure compliance with all relevant electrical, health and safety, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage electrical installation and infrastructure projects from tender handover through to final completion, Develop and maintain project programmes, resource plans, and budgets.

* Coordinate engineers, electricians, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel, Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client requirements.

* Monitor project performance against programme, cost, and quality targets.

* Manage procurement of materials, plant, and specialist subcontract services.

* Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings.

* Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

* Ensure compliance with all electrical Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and company procedures.

* Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

* Manage project changes, variations, and commercial implications.

* Produce regular project reports and updates for senior management and clients.

* Support estimating and tendering activities where required.

* Oversee project commissioning, testing, handover, and completion documentation.

* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Essential Qualifications

* HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline

* City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (2382-18).

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

* CSCS Managers Card.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
