Turnover's sitting at £60m and climbing, the order book's stacking up, and now they need an experienced Electrical Project Manager to take the reins on their live Chiswick data centre scheme.
The role
This is a live, mission-critical data centre project and they need someone who can properly own the electrical delivery, not just manage a programme from the sidelines.
You'll run electrical installation from pre-construction through to handover, take full responsibility for programme, quality, safety, and commercial performance of the package, and deal directly with the client, main contractor, and design teams to keep things on spec and on time. You'll also oversee testing & commissioning on critical power and data centre infrastructure, so this suits someone who genuinely knows this environment inside out.
Who they're looking for
* Proven Electrical PM experience within M&E / building services
* Data centre or critical environment experience highly desirable
* Strong grasp of LV distribution, UPS, generators, and containment
* Commercially sharp with solid programme management skills
* Comfortable managing client relationships directly, not just internally
