A well-established M&E contractor is looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to join their growing delivery team. With a strong order book and a healthy pipeline of secured work, this is an opportunity to join a business that can offer genuine long-term stability and progression.
The initial project is a large student accommodation development with an expected programme of over 5 years, providing long-term continuity before moving onto future projects. The next secured scheme is already lined up in Central London, with the majority of projects based across London.
The Role
Managing electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover.
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
Working closely with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance throughout delivery. Requirements:
Electrically qualified (essential).
Proven experience delivering electrical packages on residential, mixed-use or student accommodation developments.
Strong knowledge of M&E project delivery from installation through to commissioning and handover.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects to programme.
