Both schemes commence immediately, with construction starting at the end of this month/early next month and running for approximately 18 months. Beyond these projects, further work in the region has already been secured, providing excellent continuity.

The Role

Working alongside the Contracts Manager and wider project team, you'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of the electrical package from site through to completion.

Responsibilities include:

* Coordinating and managing specialist subcontractors

* Reviewing programmes and monitoring progress

* Procurement and ordering of materials and equipment

* Attending client and site meetings

* Carrying out room completions and quality sign-offs

* Supporting commercial and financial reporting

* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget

* Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and the site team

This is a site-focused role, with an expectation of being on site at least three days per week to support the delivery team.

Typical site hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm

* Experience delivering commercial, healthcare, residential or similar large-scale construction projects

* Flexible working when working from home or the office

* Company laptop and IT equipment

* £40 per month phone allowance or company phone

* BUPA healthcare (Benefit in Kind option)

* Company pension (5% employee / 3% employer contribution)

* 25 days annual leave

* Option to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday each January

* Long-term pipeline of secured work

* Genuine career progression within an expanding business
