The Opportunity
One of the UK's leading fit-out contractors, with a turnover exceeding £100 million, is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its dedicated MEP division.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will take ownership of electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
This role requires a technically strong and commercially aware Project Manager who is comfortable managing client relationships, leading project teams, and driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical packages across CAT A and CAT B commercial fit-out projects
*
Oversee project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
*
Review and manage technical submittals (Tech Subs) and design coordination activities
*
Lead site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
*
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key project contact
*
Manage project budgets, variations, procurement, and commercial performance
*
Ensure compliance with programme, quality, and health & safety requirements
*
Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates
Essential Requirements
*
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial fit-out projects
*
Strong background delivering CAT A and CAT B schemes
*
Experience managing technical submittals and design coordination
*
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
*
Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability
*
Experience leading project teams and subcontractors
*
Ability to manage multiple project priorities within a fast-paced environment
Candidates without CAT A/CAT B commercial fit-out experience will not be considered.
