Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £65k - £75k depending on experience, plus Travel expenses, Bonus scheme, Pension options, Company events, Phone and Laptop
The Company
Based in the City of London, the company are a well respected M&E contractor predominantly involved in Commercial fit out sector, providing a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation, with project values ranging from £100k up to £2m, and as a result of growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Project Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage Electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
* Manage and support the site team(s)
* Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes
Desirable Experience and Skills:
* Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e. Electrical Contracts Manager, M&E Project Manager
* Commercial sector experience
* Successful track record in managing Electrical projects from inception through to completion
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Relevant Electrical Qualifications and Certificates
