Electrical Project Manager – Residential Projects
North London & Buckinghamshire
£65k – £75k + Package
Start Date: End of July / Early August
Avolon M&E are recruiting an Electrical Project Manager for two newly secured residential developments based in Barnet and Watford.
Following completion of pre-start meetings, the business is now looking to strengthen the delivery team with experienced electrical professionals capable of running long-term residential projects through to completion.
Projects include:
• Residential housing developments
• Small apartment blocks
• Electrical infrastructure and commercial services installations
• Air source heat pump integration
The successful candidate will ideally have a strong electrical installation background and experience working within residential construction environments.
What they are looking for:
• Proven Electrical Project Management experience
• Residential / housing project knowledge
• Good understanding of containment and commercial electrical systems
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams
• Strong programme and client management skills
• ECS / CSCS Card
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Testing & Inspection advantageous
