Electrical Project Manager
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established and growing Building Services contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a range of commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role
* Manage electrical projects from inception to handover.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
* Monitor project programmes, costs and commercial performance.
* Attend client and site meetings, maintaining strong working relationships.
* Oversee procurement, commissioning and project documentation.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards.
About You
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the Building Services or M&E sector.
* Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
* Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
* Commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* SMSTS, ECS/CSCS Management Card and relevant electrical qualifications are advantageous.
